We require 5-7 business days to process all orders prior to shipping. Shipping time varies depending on shipping destination, generally 6- 12 days. We ship with DHL and FedEx. All baskets are inspected for damage before shipping. Orders cannot be shipped to a P.O. Box. You must provide a home or business address. International Shipping is shipped using DHL or FedEx. Heritage Baskets is not responsible for any additional charges, custom fees or duties once your package has reached your country

We often pack our market baskets in a compressed state as pictured below. This does not have any effect on the basket as they are very robust, and sample pictures will be included in the box showing you how to reshape the basket in few minutes.
Our packages are prepared so to avoid possible damages but please remember to sign unchecked if the parcel has been clearly damaged during transit.

If you wish to exchange your basket for a different style please email email@example.com. Exchanges must be done within 20 days from date of purchase and includes a 20% restocking fee. Customer is responsible for all freight.
